These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of welding services by Harrison Welding (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to business clients (“you” or “Client”). By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

We provide customized welding services to meet the specific needs of our business clients. A separate agreement or proposal will outline the scope of services, pricing, and project timelines (“Agreement”).

All sales of customized welding services are final. Due to the bespoke nature of our work, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds once the project has commenced.

5. Warranty

We warrant that our welding services will be performed with professional skill and care, using industry-standard techniques and materials. However, we do not guarantee the results of any welding project, as factors beyond our control (such as the quality of the base materials) may affect the outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any damages arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold Harrison Weld harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Client’s use of our services, except to the extent our negligence or breach of these Terms causes such claims.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the provision of services shall be settled amicably through mutual discussion. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.  

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

All notices and other communications hereunder shall be in writing. They shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered in person upon the first business day following deposit in the United States mail, postage prepaid, certified or registered, return receipt requested, addressed as follows:

14. Amendments
